Xiong  presents his professional knowledge and skills in these areas:  high-tech development, project investment and financing, foreign  investment, foreign mergers and acquisitions, mineral resources, etc. He  used to work in the legal department of a State-owned Enterprises  Directly under the Central Government and he also has work experiences  in technology management. Moreover, he is also familiar with project  planning, operation and related legal practice.
